| DIETARY SUPPLEMENTS |
| Research and development has been carried out on
specific nutraceutical ingredients, (i.e. antioxidants,
vitamins, polyphenols),
as foods and dietary supplements. Research are focused on structure-funcion
relationships and their related toxicological and functional aspects and included
the selection, identification and characterization of new herbal
ingredients. These reports can be used for Ministry of Health
registration purposes. |
